Payment Policy:
- Bills are due by the last day of the same month you receive your bill.
- Bill amounts that are not paid by the due date, are considered delinquent by the 15th of the following month and are subject to a late charge.
- When a delinquent letter is processed, a late fee will be added to the account and all charges must be paid in full including the past due and current amounts.
- If payment is not made by 5pm the day prior to shutoff day, service will be disconnected.
- On shutoff day, the past due amount, current amount and applicable service fees must be paid prior to the reconnection of service.
- Additional fees will be assessed for water restoration after regular business hours.
- Additional fees will be assessed for an un-authorized turn on.
- Additional fees will be assessed for all returned payments including checks and online payments.
- Disputes on charges must be made within 60 days of the billing date.
