Understanding your Bill:

Water Base Rate

Assessed to all customers based on water meter size.

Water Usage Charge

Based upon individual meter readings and calculated per 1,000 gallons.

Sewer, Garbage, Recycling, Storm Water, Maintenance, Enhancement, Hydrant, Transportation and other misc. fees.

These charges are determined by the city.  Please contact their office for more information.  Their information is conveniently listed below.

Payment Policy:

  • Bills are due by the last day of the same month you receive your bill.
  • Bill amounts that are not paid by the due date, are considered delinquent by the 15th of the following month and are subject to a late charge.
  • When a delinquent letter is processed, a late fee will be added to the account and all charges must be paid in full including the past due and current amounts.
  • If payment is not made by 5pm the day prior to shutoff day, service will be disconnected. 
  • On shutoff day, the past due amount, current amount and applicable service fees must be paid prior to the reconnection of service.
  • Additional fees will be assessed for water restoration after regular business hours.
  • Additional fees will be assessed for an un-authorized turn on.
  • Additional fees will be assessed for all returned payments including checks and online payments.
  • Disputes on charges must be made within 60 days of the billing date.
