At Bona Vista Water Improvement District, our goal is to provide safe, clean, culinary water to all of our residents!
Bona Vista Water began in 1956 as a special service district. We serve the cities of Farr West, Marriott-Slaterville, Harrisville, Plain City and a small portion of West Haven City and Pleasant View City. Each of the City Councils within the district have appointed an individual to serve on the Bona Vista Water Board of Trustees. There is also one elected board member who serves from the unincorporated areas.
The District remains compliant with the Utah Division of Drinking Water's requirements. Field employees have obtained their Utah Operator Certificaiton to meet state requirements with several obtaining their Backflow Certification as well.
