NOTICE OF IMPACT FEE AND CONNECTION FEE PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that Bona Vista Water Improvement District will hold a public hearing on February 27, 2023. The public hearing will be held at the District’s office located at 2020 West 1300 North, Farr West, Utah 84404, and will commence at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input on, and to consider approval and adoption of: 1) an amendment and update to the culinary water impact fee facilities plan, 2) an amendment and update to the culinary water impact fee analysis, and 3) a board resolution adopting culinary impact and connection fees. All interested persons will be given reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments are welcome. Copies of the referred-to documents are available for public review beginning February 13, 2023, at the District’s office. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the District Office at (801) 621-0474 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
