Notice of Election
An election for the Office of one (1) trustee for a four (4) year term representing the Bona Vista Water Improvement District will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
In order for a person to become a candidate for this position, a Declaration of Candidacy Form must be completed and filed at the District’s office located at 2020 West 1300 North, Farr West, Utah during District business hours, between June 1st and June 7th, 2023.
All interested persons must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Be a registered voter
- Be a resident of the District and not live within the boundaries of the incorporated cities of Farr West, Harrisville, Marriott-Slaterville and Plain City.
Declaration of Candidacy forms can be obtained at the District’s office at the address show above Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
